AKVerse Bot provides software tools designed to automate certain aspects of Facebook Marketplace activities. By using our Service, you agree to:

Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
Not share your license key or allow others to use your account
Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

2. Limitations of Use

While our Service is designed to automate certain activities on Facebook Marketplace, we cannot guarantee that use of our software will not result in limitations or restrictions to your Facebook account. Facebook's policies regarding automation may change, and we are not responsible for any actions Facebook may take regarding your account as a result of using our Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

At the end of each subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You may cancel your subscription either through your online account management or by contacting our customer support team.

4. Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free trial period for our Service. If we do offer a free trial, we will specify the duration of the trial period when you sign up.

At the end of the free trial period, we may automatically begin charging you for the subscription unless you cancel prior to the end of the trial period.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AKVerse Bot. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AKVerse Bot.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AKVerse Bot makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AKVerse Bot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
Actions taken by Facebook or other platforms regarding your account

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
